What Happened Guy?

Ethan was one and a half.  On day he asked my wife,

"Mama, what happened guy?"

Guy?

This went on for months.

"I don't know Ethan, what happened to the guy?" we would ask.

"Guy fall down," came the reply.

Then, several month later, guy took a sudden turn for the worse.

"Mama, what happened guy?"

"I don't know Ethan, what happened guy?" 

"Guy died."

This new and upsetting revelation was followed by true maniacal laughter.
